SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS

  1. All equipment installed are property of KOMSPEC. The Subscribers responsibility is to secure, keep safe and provide stable backup power to KOMSPEC equipments.
  2. Only authorized KOMSPEC personnel can transfer, repair, remove and open any equipment unless given a written notice to proceed.
  3. Equipment loss and damages will prompt KOMSPEC to stop the service and require the subscriber to pay charges before continuation of service.
  4. Contract term is twenty-four (24) months and is automatically renewed unless the Subscriber sends a written request for disconnection.
  5. Monthly Recurring Fee should be paid without the need to send a charge invoice or billing statement.
  6. Monthly Recurring Fee should be paid on or before the end of every month to avoid service interruption.
  7. If the subscriber terminates within the contract term, the subscriber shall pay for the remainder of the contract equivalent to the unpaid number of months.
  8. Upon termination of service, the subscriber is required to return all KOMSPEC equipment in good working condition. Damage and loss will be charged.
  9. Subscriber agrees to willfully allow KOMSPEC personnel to enter its premises at any reasonable time to pullout and retrieve the KOMSPEC equipments.
  10. The Internet Service has no warranty. Use at your own risk. The Subscriber shall not hold KOMSPEC liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions.
  11. Failure of KOMSPEC to insist upon strict compliance with any terms shall not be deemed as a waiver on its part to retroactively implement.
  12. Technical Support is only available Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM through Text Message. No support on weekends and holidays.
  13. Subscriber must promptly inform KOMSPEC of any technical issues. Technical Support response time is 24 to 48 hours.
  14. Request for down-grade of plan is processed in the office with a duly signed form. Down-grade fee is Php 800.00.
  15. KOMSPEC reserves the right to deny or terminate the service or application for any reasons it deemed appropriate.
  16. Service is best effort, shared-internet and subject to facility availability. Minimum speed is 20% of subscribed speed at 80% reliability.
